My Personal Journey
I have walked this path.
I come from a strict Macedonian family where women were told to stay small, stay quiet, and never be too much. I have witnessed women being silenced, and I internalized that.
I know the pain of sexual shame—discovering I had genital herpes as a young woman kept me in darkness, numbness, disconnected from my pleasure, from my body, from my power.
I know what it’s like to live as the people pleaser, manipulating my relationships and friendships by pleasing and distorting myself.
I know what’s it’s like to not be able to speak or communicate or stand up for myself, in the bedroom and outside.
But I’ve done the work.
I’ve faced the shame, the conditioning, the fear—and I’ve come out the other side liberated, powerful, and unapologetically ME.
Now, I am ready to share this medicine with YOU.
